I have what I think would be a very interesting learning experience for many for your viewers.

I work with someone that wants to remain anonymous but had an experience that I think many should learn by. It was a year ago on the 4th of July. He was in charge of his small personal fireworks show.

What happened was; he was lighting mortars those 2 – 2 1/2” ones and when he dropped it in to the launch tube it fired before his hand and arm were clear thus causing server damage to both hand and arm. After many months he did manage to return to work but I was amazed at the damage caused by just being hit, he told me that after it hit his arm it continued it flight skyward and was not affected by the contact. But, believe me he was.


So, I think this is a job for “Buster”. After hearing and seeing what one of these mortars can do you Buster needs to prove a myth. Can a person be killed by one of these small fireworks? I personally think yes. But I need to see it proved. It will be a great episode so please let me know when it might air.
