This is so true! Koukounaries beach is one of the most famous beaches of Skiathos and Greece generally and has indeed been voted among the best beaches worldwide. It is a large beach, with pine trees at its edge and fine, golden, sparkling sand. Anyway, I was in Skiathos last summer, so it was the first place we visited. I admit that it was hyper-beautiful but touristic as well, not for those who are looking for a calm beach to relax.
