My mother has embedded in my a love of travel. There are many places I would love to see, but I think that the most fantastic trip would be one taken to Greece. This would be awesome for people like me who are interested in Greece's facinating history and deep roots in the theater we know today. Obviously, the trip would have to include a visit to Crete to see the Minoan ruins. Wouldn't it be amazing to travel to Crete on one of Greece's luxury cruises?? Also, Athens would be a must!!! To experience the culture of Greece would be awesome. I've heard Athens has many great shops to explore, not to mention that some of the best architecture is in Athens, including the Parthenon and the Acropolis. Thessaloniki is another city where I've heard there are many sights to see including museums and theaters. My biggest goal in going to Greece would be to see the amphitheatres and be exposed to as much Greek culture as possible. It is beautiful country, which is one reason I want to visit. However, my love of culture and theater is much deeper. I love acting and am planning on going into theater myself. I have already been doing theater for four years now. I know it's not an easy business to get into, but I have to give it a shot. This one thing that sparks a blazing fire of interest causes me to owe a huge debt of gratitude to Thespis and Socrates. I would love to see where they did their work. I know for me that a trip to Greece would be the trip of a lifetime!!!
I've been to Greece and it is amazing, unfortunately that was about 10 long years ago. A few weeks ago, went to a Greek festival in town, which revived my spirit and desire to head on back. Soon! Hummus, Greek Salad, Ouzo. Greek music, dancing in circles and Opa! Serious good times.
I have been to Greece lots of time. I like this country due to its conomical condition.

Other famous tourist hotspots include the capital Athens, the northern Chalkidiki peninsula, the Ionian island of Corfu and the island resorts of Myconos, Santorini, Paros and Crete.
