My wife and I ran into Adam and his show crew at philippe's in Los Angles Calif. Adam and his crew are cool as can be, Adam came by our table after a long shoot for the show and while still shooting but between set up shots took time to talk to fans, my wife and I sat at a table near the young woman tha was in charge of makeup, lighting,show promotion, and safety. She was answering everyone's questions who did not know Adam.(non foodies?). Adam walked by in between shots and took the time to make us feel special. I said hey Adam we bought you a beer but it started to get warm so I had to drink it. Adam said well it is good to see someone willing to take one for the team. The interaction between him, his crew and the local diners was great. He and his staff are real!
