I am going to prague - for 11 days in late August of this year for a friend's wedding.

I wanted to visit two other cities in the area - and was thinking about Vienna and maybe Budapest. I dont want to try to visit too many cities.

I have to depart from Prague as well. Does anyone have any ideas?

You really must make it out to Kutna Hora and see the Bone Church. Here's an article about this odd little place that really doesn't take all that long to get to.
