My wife and I are going to visit the Champagne region of France at the end of this month. I remember seeing a show earlier this year - I think it may have been Samantha Brown (not totally sure) - where she attended a class to learn how to open a champagne bottle with a sword (Sabrage). At the conclusion of the course, she was presented with a certificate. It was quite a grand ceremony, and I'm fairly confident that the course was somewhere within the Champagne region of France. Can anyone tell me if they know of such a place or where I could get more information about this? Many thanks in advance ....
