Hi there, looking for a fun yet relaxing spot to take my sister for her 40th birthday. We could lounge on a beach with a spa and sip on a margarita or wander the streets of a great city like Barcelona. We both love good food and wine, not to mention travel. We are also both newly single.....any advice???
