If you had to arrange a party around a Country/Theme, what would it be and what would you serve? How would you decorate?

Next month we are having a Moroccan party for 16. We are serving lamb and pork kebabs, lemon chicken, vegetable couscous, baklava and chamomile-mint tea. Obviously the seating is low and the cusions will be soft. One of our sons is acting as server with turban, etc..

What, no champagne?
