Just back from New York in time to wish Sam the very happiest of birthdays. There are only 40 birthday minutes left, but we all know how much fun Samantha can pack into 22 minutes on her show. She's got plenty of time.

Nice to see the return of some regulars like Mary and Dejardins and some newer members like Riley.

Yes, Father O, it is indeed good to see Dejardins back, who has for some time traditionally been the first to send Samantha a Happy Birthday. I may be the last here as, it's almost gone, the day, and as the barkeep says in British pubs, "Time, gentlemen!" (but of course they go on drinking anyway). So Happy Birthday, Samantha.

Happy birthday again! Even though it's past midnight so it's technically tomorrow. Er... today, and so, your birthday is, sadly, over. My point is, I hope your day was fantastic and I really need to get some sleep! Looking forward to seeing your smiling face when the new series airs! For now I'll have to settle for watching PTE on my iPod.
