I would love to see Samantha Brown and Andrew Zimmern be involved in a deathmatch smackdown Travel Channel special.

It's no secret that I can't stand Zimmern's "gross approach" and commercials. I'll be happily watching reruns of Sam's Passport to Europe and Latin America shows and poof - his commercial will come on in-between segments and I HAVE to change the channel, sometimes missing some of Sam's show by the time I flip back.

My idea: On top of Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii, Samantha and Zimmern will each have a large pole with spikes. With Sam being smaller and more flexible, we can watch live as she whacks Zimmern when he bends down to pick up a fake bug to eat (carefully placed there earlier by producers).

Whack! Against the shiney bald head. He slides down into the lava pit, we're forever rid of his grossness, and we can now watch the new series - "Samantha Brown... Gladiator Woman"!
