There is not enough time for this great weekend..so next year. I live in Virginia Beach, Va. Every year, we have Neptune festival. This year (9/25-9/27) features the Black Crows as the headline act on the beach stage with live music on multiple stages all weekend. The North American Sandsculpting Championship is a draw for 1000's of locals and tourists. 300 artists set up on the boardwalk.
