The web team has created a pretty cool feature where you can call in and leave Sam a voice message which gets posted on the site. Check it out here. Name and location are fine but please do not leave phone numbers.

I thought this was a pretty awesome feature. Are these messages for Sam, or for the other viewers?

hey mod_ben I tried that feature two weeks ago and I stll havent seen my message posted is there something wrong or is she going down from the list because I left her a pretty good message if you can tell me whats going on that will be great

I too have not seen my call on there. I imagine Sam's staff reviews all the calls, and then decides what goes up.

Most of the calls make it up there. The main possible reasons for calls not making it up are being off topic, rude, or a bad audio quality. If your messages were not rude or off topic, it is probably the last reason. I recommend calling back and trying again, preferably not from a cellphone if possible.

Oh, another possibility is leaving personal information like email addresses or phone numbers. It is not exactly clear about this but we do not want private information up there so any calls with a phone number cannot be approved. Thanks for your understanding.

Some of the calls I've heard are very much off topic, and made it up! There was a call from a girl saying she wants to be a travel host, and wanted to know where Sam went to school to become a travel host. I thought the calls were suggestions where to go for a weekend. And I had a great suggestion and mine didn't make it up, but the question on how Sam became a travel host did! Makes no sense to me at all.

Please try again and make sure not to leave your number. I will make sure it gets up.
