There was a show on the channel the other day that said not to tip a dealer on table games, that they were well paid. This could not be further from the truth, dealers generally make minimum wage(not the federal minimum, it's lower than that) plus tips. If you want to enjoy your time on a table game more, tip the dealer by betting for them. It gets them more involved in the game and they are also rooting for you to win. You tip the cocktail waitress everytime she comes around meanwhile the dealers are providing you a service the entire time you are on a game. So next time you go, think, if you were a dealer, what would YOU want You to do.
