I am amazed that this guy has a TV show, let alone a degree. There are so many inaccurate statements in his program & the footage is often not from where he claims to be. I feel that he is doing more damage than good by spewing out false information. Can't wait to see the episode about southeast Alaska, I know my wife & I will have lots of fun counting the errors! For us, Into Alaska with Jeff Corwin is a comedy.

Right on Joe! Did you see last night's show where Jeff was "in touch with moose in Rut"?
Yeah Jeff thats a good thing to tell tourists.Go up and see moose they are just like friendly cartoon mooseys. Go on make friends with the bears too. Remember Timothy Treadwell? Can't wait to see when he comes to Keani. yeah,its an Alaskan cartoon with Jeff Corwin.

I do agree that some info is totally misread, but the whole point of the shows that Jeff does is for conservation and education about the wild. I guess if you live in Alaska an know otherwise in regards to detailed info., then be informative not " I know it all" attitude?????

And how can one 'educate' with inaccurate, misleading and just plain false information? Or is it your contention that "conservation and education about the wild" requires inaccurate, misleading and just plain false information? Are you suggesting that accuracy and facts run counter to the goals of "conservation and education about the wild"?

I certianly *hope* that's not what you intended to say, although it is hard to explain your statements defending inaccurate, misleading and just plain false information as somehow being of value in the "conservation and education about the wild" any other way. Of course, that's *not* education; That's misrepresentation, indoctrination and fraud.
