On Most Haunted and TAPS they provoke the spirits into making themselves known. What do you think of that.. Good or Bad?

Ifeel like spirit provoking is kind of physical and worldly. I feel that spirits are on such a different level than us. Like when you hear someone say, "Is that you?" Like their gonna answer "Yes it's me!!!" I think people naturally think on a humanly level, when really we should be thinking way out of the box.... There is so much we don't know. I feel like if a spirit is there it's there. provoking it as if were in a barroom brawl is kind of silly, right???

Hey, everybody! What's up?! Been a bit busy, now I'm back . . .
To answer your question, goddess, I think you should really know a bit about this spirit's personality before you go start provoking it. You also need to know if it's a spirit or a demon for that matter.
Some spirits, just like real, live, breathing people respond differently to provocation. Some will run away while others might "bring it to you", so to speak.
And if it's a demon? Well, provocation is probably not the right option to go with on one of them unless you REALLY know what you're doing.
Hope everyone's doing well. Later . . .

Provoking a spirit is a selfish act to get a response so you can have a personal experience. Recently on TAPS Dave Tango asked on an aircraft carrier if he should try provoking and his partner pointed out "after everything these people have gone through if they don't want to talk they shouldn't have to." I agree that many spirits should not be provoked into playing the trained monkey showing off for us. I have often gotten responses without resorting to rude.

I agree cautiouspsychic The Ghost shows are on a time agenda so they want immediant results. I wish a ghost would kick them in the as_. Now that would be funny
