lately when im at work ill get scratches or welts accross my arms and legs. my co worker is convinced that i'm possesed but i dont know. its always 3 to 4 scratches all next to eachother in places on my body that wouldnt normally touch or rub against anything unless on purpose. feel free to tell me an opinion on this.

I'm not saying that possession couldn't be what's going on here, but, there could be other, normal reasons for the scratches.

A possible reason for them could be that you're scratching yourself while you sleep. I often wake up and find scratches on my arms and legs that I do not remember from where, when or how they got there. My wife has told me on a few occasions that she woke up during the middle of the night because I was furiously scratching myself. She said she was able to get me to stop scratching by talking to me while I was asleep and I eventually calmed down and stopped. I don't remember any of that even happening .

You might do some research to rule out normal reasons for the scratches. I guess if you have a video camera you could try setting it up to film yourself while you sleep and check if you might be scratching yourself during those hours.

Sorry, didn't notice that you stated they happened at work while you were awake.

Maybe there's something to the possession theory.

Yes, you are definitely possessed. You need an exorcism immediately.

You should go to the nearest Catholic parish and beat on the rectory door until a priest answers it. Tell him what's been happening. He'll perform the exorcism because your immortal soul is in peril.

Are you sure that the welts/scratches are not hives? Are they itchy? Seriously, maybe you are allergic to something at your office. Just a thought...Hives can look like red streaks or scratches.

haunted is exactly right except the allergic reaction isn't always itchy, it sometimes can be a burning sensation.

I'm allergic to fire retardant, the type that they use on artifical Christmas trees.

Any skin exposure to that and I suddenly have rashes and streaks on my skin that look like scratches.

A simple washing of the area ususally solves the problem.

I wasnt shooting him down dear. but the scratches bleed sometimes so im sure they are scratches. I have gone to see an allergist and we have ruled out ghosts lol. I do appreceate all of your opinions but I feel like I'm being made fun of like you all think I'm crazy or something. I have had enough of that in my situation so if that is what you are doing, please dont bother. I have enough drama in my life. I came here asking for help, not ridicules and judgements.

No...seriously...you may be scratching yourself uncontiously....while talking on the phone, or to another co-worker, it may be something you have no idea you're doing either.....Have you ever seen these scratches just "appear" and have been paying close attention to when and where they appear....going to a priest will get you nowhere...they have to have REAL proof before the church will procede with ANY type of exorcism...they may bless you....go to a psychologist first

This is easy to do also, allergies is a good explanation.
