I found a decent website that has 2 particular good/very scary videos, obviously they could be fakes, but if they are, then man, they did a really good job....VERY SCARY...especially the eyes!

The link you posted didn't seem to work so i went to ghostvideos.com and saw nothing impressive just a swinging door can be something as simple as an old frame or bad carpentry and floating ghost that looked like bad CGI.
