The Nashville House (in Nashville, INDIANA) has the best fried biscuits I have ever tasted! These are a favorite treat of mine so I've sampled them all across the South. At the Nashville House they are served complete with apple butter and even sassafrass tea (hot or cold).

Nashville, Indiana is in the heart of Brown County and the town is a virtual bustle of little shops from hand-dipped candles to hand-dipped candies, wood crafted instruments to glass-blown art, and even has a year-round Christmas shoppe. The Nashville House also has all kinds of delicious down-home fare like country ham and fried chicken. I think this would be a great stop for the show!
