I don't know how this place does it, but this burger is the best I have ever had. Simple,tasty and charbroiled on an outside grill. The place use to be a dive bar located near California State University Long Beach, hence the name 49'rs Tavern but something happened when the new owners took over and it now has some of the best food in town.
