What's happening in your world? I am sending this to you from Ellerslie, Georgia. As I am a transplated Brooklyn born New Yorker living down south, I enjoy watching your show weekly on the Travel Channel. I will get to the point of this note as I know we can talk more if you are up to the following challenge.

The challenge I am referring to has its roots set among the elitest fighting force that the US Army has to offer; The US Army Rangers!!! Ft. Benning, Ga is located about 100 miles south of Atlanta and is the largest Infantry military base in the country. Ft.Benning is also home to Ranger School. Quick intro to Ranger school training, it is a Three phase training that pushes the soliders to their absolute physical and mental limits. During Ranger school the soliders are basically taught to survive on little or no "REAL" food. (although Andrew Zimmerman Bizarre foods might want to look this up..LOL). Once a soldiers completes this training they achieve their Ranger tab and are treated to a meal at the "Four Winds Restaurant" in Cusseta, Georgia.

The Four Winds is home of the Ranger Burger. A Ranger Burger consists of the following:

1 lb of Beef
4 Slices of Cheese
4 Slices of Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
all the makings of a culinary experience that make you think of comfort food!!!

The current record holder is a solider that was able to devour 4 Ranger Burgers in 11 minutes and 56 seconds.

Mrs. Cook the owner of the Four Winds and I discussed my submission of this challenge to you yesterday as I was completing my Bi-Annual Red Oak and Ranger Burger Golf Tournament.

Mrs. Cook has served america's finest for 20 plus years to include a few of hollywood's finest such as Mel Gibson, Sam Elliot, and Chris Klien during the filming of "We were Soliders".
