Sir Adam. I double dog-on dare you to try the Broken Yolk Challenge in Pacific Beach (San Diego), California. I've already seen maybe 50 posts on it, but all of them have the same description of what it is. I wanted to give you relative terms. Just upon calling the order, the waiter yells out to his staff (in Spanish) "Bring out the big cup!!" It's a ten inch pizza pan, with eggs, chili, and cheese on half of it, and home fries on the other, stacked about 3-4 inches high. There are also 2 biscuits that go along with the meal. How big? put both of your fists together, and that is the size of one of the biscuits. As I tried to eat the meal, I was stopped about 1/4th the day, but I pushed through to somehow complete the challenge in exactly an hour. Naturally I threw up when I got home, but my name is now immortalized on a plaque, with a free T-shirt I keep til this day. How popular is this challenge? I met a man from Ireland (accent and all) who told me he was visiting his friend in Iowa (or Wisconsin) and just had to go to Broken Yolk to eat. He told me that he had always wanted to try the challenge, but was too afraid to do it. I hope you understand the awesomeness of this challenge and hope that you will pursue this one of a kind challenge.

If you're ever in Orange County, i recommend a place called the Boiling Crab. They've got crab, crawfish, shrimp, plus various sides. They season well and don't recommend you try medium unless you've already had the mild. It's a popular local spot and the wait is usually an hour to an hour and a half. The only time I've walked in was on the 4th of July. www.theboilingcrab.com

There is a restaurant in SONORA that sometimes I go with my family. We live over 1.5 hours away. But the food is so good that is worth the "trip". It is called Outlaws BarBQ And Steakhouse. They have a wonderful "stinck" fries. Garlic fries. And wonderful homemade pies. But the point is the 7 pounds hamburguer that you have 1 hour to eat! Try this one. I do enjoy watching your program.
