Its the World Championship of BBQ cookoffs that happens every year before the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo starts, and it is happening February 27th and 28th. 200,000 people show up every year over a course of three days just to eat BBQ. There are over 250 individual booths with groups cooking Chicken, Ribs, Brisket, and Sausage in a competition to see who cooks the best BBQ in the WORLD!!!
