Bushido, Charleston

I would like to see Adam come down to Charleston, SC to take Bushido's Spicy Tuna Handroll Challenge. Bushido is a Japanese restaurant just outside of downtown that has a 10 level of hotness challenge for their tuna handrolls. You have to finish level one prior to proceeding to the next. They keep a tracker of you and know what level you are on when you come in. If you make it to level 10, you get a gift certificate, your picture taken and placed on the heros wall, a samurai headband, and if you wear it into the restaurant on subsequent visits, the chefs bow to you upon entry. Those are the heroes. They also have a challenge to make the legend board (only three people have ever done this, one of which is a loadmaster in my squadron), where you have to eat all 10 levels in one sitting. These people get their picture on the legends board and have a poem dedicated to them. Not only is the heat for every roll past about level 5 so hot you don’t even taste the food, eating all 10 in one sitting makes you so full, its nearly impossible to finish with the amount of food and the heat. Bring it Adam!

Here's another vote for the Capital Punishment at Wings ETC in Goose Creek! Those things are so hot my nose starts burning if I'm even in the same room. The Wall of Shame is three or four times larger than the Wall of Fame....would like to see what happens if you're MAN enough to try these out!!
