Adam should definitely head down to Lincoln, NE and go to Buffalo Wild Wings downtown. they have a spicy wing challenge. Those wings are rediculously hot, and you have to eat 12 of them in 3 minutes.

From Lincoln Journal Star...

But at Lincoln’s Cappy’s Hot Spot Bar and Grill, 48th Street and Nebraska 2, eating a giant burger is a personal achievement — one that has never been accomplished.

Fifteen people have taken owner John Caporale’s Big Momma Challenge — to eat his signature 12-pound hamburger complete with the fixin’s. The burger is so big that it’s made in a pizza oven and served on a cookie tray.

Challengers need to place their order 24 hours in advance for the $39.99 burger. Then they have two hours to eat the whole thing. If they are successful, their burger is free, plus they take home $200 and a winner’s T-shirt, said manager Terry Schneider.

Many a big talker has said they accomplished the feat, Caporale said.

But of the 14 men and one woman who tried, “the farthest anyone has ever gotten is halfway through it,” he said.

If Adam wants a real challenge he should go to Danny's Downtown Deli on 10th & O St. in Lincoln, Ne.. The Tornado is a 16inch hero with 8 meats and 5 cheeses. Noone has ever eaten the whole thing. As of now there is no time limit.

Just heard on the radio today about Starsky's Bar and Grill in Omaha and their "Pig Wing" challenge. I believe they said it was five pounds of pig wings and an additional five pounds of fries. Doesn't seem to bad, but it could be difficult.

Starsky's in Omaha would be the perfect location for Adam to travel to. Starsky's is well known across the United States as 'the' bar to go to during the College World Series. It's located right across the street from Rosenblatt Stadium. This will be the last year of CWS at Rosenblatt after a contraversial decision was made to build a downtown stadium in Omaha. Starsky's recently opened their kitchen and has great food including homemade burgers, homemade ranch, blue cheese & BBQ sauces. They serve large 'Husker' sized portions. The thing to do is their "Pig Wing Challenge" It's five pounds of pig wings & five pounds of corn nuggets in one hour. Those that can do it, get the meal paid for, a pig wing T-Shirt and picture on the wall. Starsky's is the ultimate location for a new food challenge in the Midwest! You can contact Starsky's Bar & Grill on facebook.

adam, what a better way to do a man vs food that at starky's in omaha nebraska during the college world series. the excitement is electric plus starky's has great food. the pig's wings are a hot item there as well as their burgers especially the farm house burger. i think doing the challenge there during the college world series would be a big hit with your viewers and who knows who you might find there during the college world series.

Have to agree with everyone else posting here lately. Starsky's is the place to go in Nebraska. It is absolutely packed during the College World Series, but I am willing to bet that they would work with you to make it happen! Their Pig Wing Challenge is not just during the College World Series, though. It can be tried at any time!
