The Slow and Low Bar-B-Q food challenge is a 6 3/4 lb. pulled pork BBQ sandwich that consists of 3 lbs pulled pork, plus cole slaw, pickle slices, onions, American Cheese and of course, B-B-Q sauce.

What makes this restaurant unique is that it is a B-B-Q restaurant set in a tropical atmosphere in Cocoa Beach, Florida two blocks from the beach.

Where else can you eat B-B-Q, enjoy the ocean breeze, see the occasional Shuttle or rocket launch? It is certainly a local favorite.

The typical scene at the restaurant is an eclectic mix of families, tourists, military personnel, space workers, and bikini-clad beach goers.

Slow and Low is 1 hour away from Disney/Universal and 20 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center.

Their website is:

It seems not a single one has given an invite for American Pie Pizza Company's challenge. I, from Kissimmee, would like Adam to come to the Orlando area and choose one place for him and I to take on their challenge: 29" pie in 29 minutes. Hope to hear a response soon.

The 3rd Stage of Hell is right up Adam's alley. A 5# flamethrower pepper burger with 1# a fries in an hour and you get on the wall.

Beer and Burger Joint

Eat a 10 lb. burger in 2 hours and get the burger absolutely free! I just saw Adam eat a 6 lb. burger, and it looked tough for him. I would love to see the challenge of a 10 lb. burger.

Info on the site: http://www.burgernbeerjoint.com/

On the Homepage: It describes the "Mother Burger."

GOOD LUCK!
