I would like to recommend the "Farley Burger" from the restaurant "Cast and Crew" in Mansfield, PA. It may not be one of the bigger burgers that has made it onto the show, but it is a unique burger that always has people leaving with the leftovers because they can't finish it in one serving. The owner, Aaron, has some of the best cooking in the tri-state area!

Dallastown, PA has the Suicide Salsa challenge at Roburrito's. I'm not sure what all is in the salsa besides the usual ingredients, ghost chilies, and habaneros, but it is definitely Man vs. Food level fare.

I barely managed to finish the challenge (first customer to win, no idea if anybody else has won since), and it ended with me in the hospital. My stomach lining was all but obliterated. The worst part is, it doesn't seem all that bad when you're downing the salsa. Then the ground chilies kick in, and it feels like a bowling ball filled with napalm was stuffed into your stomach.

Adam would be right at home here.

Re: Tony Luke's Challenge Farce!

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I knew Tony Luke's never had any "challenge". You addressed that when you stated that you would be the first by "initiating" this challenge. So, when I went there last week, I asked and all the employees would say was that it was a challenge for one day only. So did Tony get free national publicity by lying to you? To their credit, there is no mention anywhere at the stand about you even being there, but what gives?

I think Adam should go to Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield. They have a variety of big burger challenges and a huge list of wing flavors.

Adam should come to Ards Farm Market in Lewisburg, PA. They have a 5lb Burger Challenge with a full plate of fries to eat in a hour. Their beef they use is fresh and is spiced real good. I tried Denny's Beer Barrel And Pub but Ards burgers tasted awesome!

Sieb's Pub on Babcock Boulevard in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. They have a challenge called the "Sieb's Irish Challenge."

It's two pounds of hand-packed beef, three cheeses, a more then generous portion of sauteed peppers, mushrooms and onions, and on the side a pound of fries, a scoop and a half our our homemade slaw, and finally a 16 oz. draft beer or soda.

Other than that, their food is pretty rockin'!
