In Rochester, you need to go to Nick Tahoe's for the Garbage Plate. It is basically half a plate of home fries, half a plate of mac salad, topped with up to four cheeseburgers or hot dogs (either "white hots" or "red hots"), onions, spicy mustard, and the signature hot sauce with two slices of Italian bread on the side. In Syracuse, there is Dinosaur BBQ. This is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had anywhere. It started in Syracuse, NY and now has a location in Syracuse, Rochester, and New York City. Its absolutely amazing.
