It has a sushi so HOT one piece will make you unable to speak and cry. It's called the KMA (Kiss My A..). You can only do one...! Believe me, I tried and I can eat habeneros like jelly beans.

A burrito the size of a small child is waiting for adam! It is called the supermonster! it includes massive amounts of rice, cheese, beans, grilled meat, and an infinite amount of veggies!
When i say its the size of a small child i mean, when i put it up to my arm goes past my elbow! and that just the length!

Every late January/ early February we have our annual Jalapeno Festival. The main event is the Jalapeno eating contest. I'd like to see Adam try to break the all-time record, which I think stands at over 200 now!

And while you're here, you can try to scarf down some huge (and I mean huge, see for yourself http://www.flickr.com/photos/rudymurillo/3879975555/) tacos at Las Asadas, Paulita's and Tlaquepaque.

I would like to recommend Pluckers Wing Factory in Dallas on Greenville ave. They have a challenge where if you eat 25 Fire in the Hole wings you get your picture on the wall. The most eaten at that location by a male is currently 83 and for female 40. I am their most recent addition to the wall having eaten only the 25. I am debating going for the record with 84 on September 14th when I take my daughter there for her bday meal. I spoke with the manager David today about possibly making a hotter sauce than the Fire in the Hole (it was definitely hot but i've had hotter) and was happy to hear that they have some options to be able to do that. I also spoke with him about getting Adam to come out and try to beat the Pluckers Chain record on most Fire in the Hole wings eaten. It stands well above 83. I am a spicy food lover and they accomodate that in an excellent way, however the rest of the menu is excellent and the atmosphere and staff complete the package and make this a great experience for anyone. Today for my bday meal I had a Gut Grenade. 2 half pound beef burgers, 3 strips of thick cut bacon, extra jalapenos, queso, and onions with a generous side of cheese fries (waffle cut with loads of melted cheddar, real bacon pieces and jalapenos). I added Fire in the Hole sauce to mine. Oh, and it comes with a 34oz domestic beer Smile

your choice of veggies
Finish it in under one hour - it's free otherwise it's $30.95

Only saw one picture under the "completed" it area as well as pictures of those that hadn't!

When you came to Amarillo, I thought for sure you'd visit Arnold Burgers. According to their website, the biggest burger they sell is a 24" double meat that feeds 20+ adults! Hope you will come back for this one!

Located off of FM 1960 in Houston, Texas is Blue Water Saefood. The food is great and the atmosphere is great. Do not forget to try the stuffed mushrooms w/crab... They are so good and look like hush puppies. Highly recommended is the Bluewater Boil which includes 4 pounds of King Crab, Crawfish, Shrimp, Snowcrab and Sausage. Enjoy!!!

Freebird's World Burrito

Originally established in College Station, TX at Northgate, Freebird's World Burrito is an Aggie favorite. Locations have since popped up across Texas and now in Oklahoma. The Super Monster is a collossal 7 lb burrito filled with ingredients of your choosing. I don't know of any time limit but few have conquered this behemoth in one sitting.

GO BOBCATS!

I can't believe it hasn't been suggested yet, but the next time Man v. Food is in Texas, they should visit Gil's Broiler in San Marcos and have a burger, and...of course.... a MANSKE ROLL!!!

they're HEAVENLY.

"Gil's Broiler was established in 1949. It is our city's oldest restaurant. LBJ even had our Manske Cinnamon Rolls shipped to the White House."
