I know of a place in Portland, Oregon that serves the hottest food I have ever had. Everyone who has gone there will easily agree with me. The place is like a little hole in the wall cafe and is called Salvador Molly's and they specialize in Jamaican style cooking. The dish I am referring to is an appetizer called 'Balls of Fire'. They are cheese fritters about the size of a small egg and each fritter is filled with 6 habenjero peppers!! They have a wall of photographs of people who have eaten the whole dish and give you pineapple slices to help calm the burning. Thought you may want to give it a try!!
