Adam in order to truely have a great BBQ visit in Houston you must come during the World Championship of BBQ Cookoffs which happens February 27th and 28th and is a yearly event. The cookoff is held in association with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo which is the World's Largest Rodeo! The Rodeo itself runs for a Month and has 2 Million people visit it each year!
