I was passing through Texas and happened upon a smokehouse in Centerville called Woody's Smokehouse Inc. www.woodys-smokehouse.com There I found the best brisket, many animals made into jerky, and so much more. Gary, one of the staff members, offered free samples and I ended up spending close to $100 because I was so amazed with this place.
