Chef Scott Simpson has taken the venerable American beef patty and created a Frankenstein's Monster of a create-your-own burger featuring no less than a dozen different meat choices, a veritable cornucopia of cheeses, toppings, and condiments - not to mention some of the best mac-and-cheese you're ever likely to swirl a fork into.
