I'd love to see Adam go at the 5lb breakfast burrito at Jack and Grill. I haven't seen it but they have a picture in there of it sitting next to a baby and they are the same size!

The Beau Jo's challenge is for 2 people...so bring a friend Adam!

Could the pink place be Hamburger Mary's?

The place in Denver with the "Pink" decor was called the Piney Creek Grille. They not only had a 1 and 1/2 lb hamberger but also a 4lb buritto. The owners are two ladies who closed it down and opened an even bigger and better place because they did so well. It is now called "The Rock Restaurant." However, the pink walls did not follow. The Buritto must be eaten complete with green chile, and a side of refried beans and spanish rice. If completed the eater receives a t-shirt that says "I ate the 4lb buritto." It would be fun to see adam chow down on this enormous buritto or burger.

Well dang. I just ate at Jack-N-Grill today and saw the 5 Pound Breakfast Burrito Challenge so I thought I'd come here and suggest it but somebody beat me to it.

Anyway, I think I could take you down on this challenge. So you should come to Denver and take me up on it.

5 Lbs Burrito:
8 eggs
1 lb of ham
a ton of potatoes
lettuce, tomatoes, etc

You down for a challenge?

Bring it on!

I forgot to mention that it is also smothered in green chili.

And that in their 8 year existence only about 30-40 people have completed the burrito, including four women. And if any women complete the challenge they get free food for life at Jack-N-Grill.

By the way, that place has GREAT food.
