Hello, I just like to say that I have watched your show and think that it is a good show. Ive been reeding some of the comments and dont understand what they have against the show its pretty good. I just thought I would mention that and that your doing a good job. I love the fact that you guys go to places where normal tourist dont go, you get a glimps of the ral people of that country and the steretypes,like the one of mexico,you guys are right everyone thinks its a party place but its has so much more that that. well ill be waiting for your next shoe in India, byr your friend from kc.

Exactly where have they gone where normal tourists do not? In all of the places so far they seem to have only been to very major sites that are well publicized [different from even being well known]. This host couple seem to be quite offensive even to their paid tour guides. When even just looking at local foods on display, not to mention actually attempting to consume, their faces both seem to contort as that of an infant eating strained carrots for the first time.

I think everyone here agrees that it was a great concept, however the focus on these people whom are so extremely static makes the whole endeavor painful to watch. Because of the quality of the picture on Discovery HD and the other shows, I tried to give it as much of the benefit of the doubt as possible, but ones bemusement can only go so far. Maybe the show is interesting to people that have had as little exposure, knowledge, or research into other cultures as the 'Ulles', but I honestly hope that the portion of the US population that is described by that is small, but I have no doubt that it is probably actually the majority. It is still so sad to met people who have barely left their state in 30-40 years.

Well said mblitch. I think you hit the nail on the head. I have yet to find or talk to anyone who believes that the D'Ulles were the right selection for this show. "Ugly American's" is a phrase that many other countries label us with and unfortunately the D'Ulles do nothing to dispell this slanderous offense.

Hey guys I love your show is fantastico i love when u went to italy that was the best show i ever saw but u know there more place to see an italy u forgot to go to rome an to frorenze there tourist place to they are good .
