The best meal I ever had in my freakin' life was in the south Indian restaurant in the WelcomMarriott Hotel in Delhi, India. A simple dish called coriander chicken. Which was, essentially, chicken cooked in a ridiculous amount of coriander. Probably some cilantro leaves too...looked like seaweed, tasted like sex made into a main course. Indian food is great anyway, but this was sublime.

I'm going to Dehli for the first time for business, with hopes to escape the boardroom and business suit for a little while. In the spirit of adventure (and an unfortunate tight schedule to keep) what is the one thing I must do or try while I'm there?
