We traveled to Ginos vineyard about 5 pm. it was a little hot but a breeze. I am sorry to say Gino had bad breath. He showed us the plans
for a great house here amid grape vines.
We DRANK RED WINE.
A tiny house was there to cook.
His wife sauted garlic and onions and tiny little grape leaves.
Gino started a barbecue outside.
Charcoal and grape leaves.
They gave us more wine.
lucia added salt and pepper and tomatoes to the mix. she chopped more 1/2 teaspoon garlic and some rosemary 1/2 teaspoon and added wine.
Thick Lamb chops went on the grill brushed with the mixture.
Others made a salad of arugula and cheese with a touch of olive oil and lemon
fresh bread was there.
Lamb chops grilled 2 minutes on one side
then turned over and brushed with flavor.
3 minutes then off the grill with brushed flavour
for rare.
