I was thinking of trying to re-create this recipe, any ideas. I'm thinking it will work in a fondue set... but what oil/oils and what peppers? Should I be able to find the right stuff at my local Asian market? Has anyone tried this yet, or does anyone have a recipe they know of? It looked way too good to pass up.

Sorry, do you mean pepper pot or hot pot? Two different dishes.
