I was in Peru last year and was fortunate enough to go to a BEAUTIFUL hotel/restaraunt on a pristine lake. We ate out on the lawn, drank gallons of Inca Cola and had the freshest fish I've ever had - trout caught in the lake that morning. Just simply cooked and paired with potatoes. Amazing. Peruvian food (except for guinea pig, ugh) is fantastic.
