Can anyone remember the ingredients to the grilled chicken concotion they made while in Mexico. All I can remember is chicken, grilled onions with bacon wrapped atound it. I know there was more to it, but for the life of me I can't remember. Any help would be appreciated.

I may still have the eppie on my DVR...I'll check but in the meantime, I suggest you check in the "Talk about the show" discussion forum under TB's Bar & Grill in Del Rio or the discussions about that particular episode...don't quote me but I believe someone had posted the concoction you are looking for shortly after the first airing.

OK - here it is; The chicken is marinated and butterflied; stuffed with onions, jalepenos, cheese; wrapped in bacon and grilled; last 2 minutes, glaze with teriyaki sauce. That is all she wrote....

I am from Houston, Texas, and I really enjoy the fast food Tony eats during the episode at the stand in Mexico. Carne Asada Tacos are one of the best dishes to come from Mexico. Here is how to make it: (NOTE: I would suggest buying fajita meat and tortillas from A mexican restaurant only if you live in a city with good Mexican food.) Take two flour tortillas, put carne asada steak on top, toss some sliced onions on top, cut and put some avocados on top, drizzle with lime juice, then add some cilantro. Pick a good hot sauce and you are good to go. Food doesn't have to be bland; flavor is what food should be about. Good eating.

Cheese Quesadillas don't really require a recipe.
Take a flour tortilla; add some grated Jack cheese; perhaps some chopped onion, only if you desire, some green chilis, only if desried.
Fold in half and fry in lard (Mexico), or oil.
Drain on paper towels briefly and serve with your favorite salsas or sauce.

. This one does if I want it just like the lady made them. It was a corn tortilla she used.

You'll find more use of corn tortillas in Mexico, and more use of flour tortillas oftentimes in the U. S.

I was searching for the recipe, and I came accross a Bass Pro tournament report, in the report a fisherman talked about having visited TB's Bar and Grill he mentions that they marinate the chicken in an Italian dressing marinade. this is the link to the page http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/bassmaster/attend/co...age=bass_Blog_Malone I'm not proficient enough to know how to provide you with a hyper link but maybe you can use this to access the blog.
