Hi Tony,

The episode from Puerto Rico was amazing, due to the fact that not known to most of the world there is a rich culture different on what it is presented to the tourists. I saw you cover most of our staple foods, but I wonder if you try pasteles (it is like a tamale made of grinded green bananas, taro, yautia, and filled with pork). Also it bother me that Puerto Rico coffee (which is as old as our culture and is world recognized) was not covered. Anyways it was a great show.
