When I went to Israel, I became hooked on falafel. Falafel balls are balls of fried chickpeas. They are stuffed into a pita with this white creamy salad dressing type sauce and Meditteranian salad. All of this is spilling out as you eat it. That with an orange Fanta (popular in the Middle East) is the perfect meal for me

I love falafels, here in Dominican R. you can get it in Arab restaurants and is a healthy fast food. And I found that pop soda in Europe very popular.

The best Falafel here in Pittsburgh IMO is from a lunch cart in front of the library at Carnegie Mellon Univ.
