Hey Tones, Here's a stumper in my cookbook. My favorite dish has something to do with chicken breasts, ginger, honey, garlic and vinegar. Baked in an oven. I should have stolen that recipe from the girlfriend that prepared it for me . . .but I'm just not that kind of guy. i have checked other popular cookbooks but nothing has even close. can you help me??? Apparently its all about the proper amount at the proper time.

Well... I know a recipe that has those ingredients, but it's not baked.. :/ I wish you the best on finding it, though. Maybe you can ask your ex girlfriend for the recipe. The one I have is fried & it's Korean. It's got ginger, garlic, gochu jang, ketchup, onions, honey, vinegar, water & pepper. You marinate chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs) in a bit of minced garlic & pepper, then dip it in the mixture of previous ingredients & fry it. It's a spicy, delicious barbecue tasting kinda thing. (I hate normal people barbecue).
