Tony's comment - border fence not needed. I wanted to say we have tried with no fence and look how many illegal Mexicans we have in the country. Check the present border fence between North and South Korea as well as the effective border between the former West and East Berlin. I guess they are not effective!!! Another note, please never ever compare the legal immigration of the Irish or Italian, they came here LEGALLY!

Oh yeah - a giant fence would work great. It works so well in the places it's already up. Ask the Austrailians about giant fences and how well that works out for the wildlife.

It's people like you who make America worse, not the immigrants no matter what their visa status. Every last Mexican/Latin American immigrant I've known or seen (which is plenty since I live in the southwest US) is working his or her ass off for little money while fat white guys like me collect real money for doing half-assed jobs in cushy offices.

Next time you complain about immigrants take the time to do some disgusting job like working in a slaughterhouse for a while, or cleaning motel rooms or doing construction when it's 95 degrees out - some hellish job that you can't even pay white Americans to do a totally crapy job on.
