Course Two presented us with our first choice of the evening. My spouse went with a salad that is made of a vegetable that the censor keeps thinking is a bad word apparently. Go figure. He chooses a Salad of Glazed Sunch0kes, Orange Confite, Pine Nuts, Arugula, and Nicoise Olive Puree. Ruh-roh, olives are also on the Hubby's "Uh Uh" list.
I'm only vaguely aware of how he's doing with it, as MY choice was - a certain water fowls particular offal, which is off limts in certain cities, that I apparently am not allowed to mention having consumed on a Food website. I'm only vaguely aware of how he's doing with it, because MY choice for Course Two is:
Moulard D*ck F*ie Gr@s poele, Braised Belgian Endive, Granola, Yogurt and Gros Michel Banana "Gastrique"!
