Hi all,

Myself and my wife to be will be traveling to europe i have worked in the food industry for about 10years. Im currently working in product devolpment in smallgoods ( Bacon, Ham, sausage and Salami) but want a real european influance to expand the range of what i can do.
We think Italy & France would be great for this.
Can anyone suggest anywhere or comment on these locations as to the relevance of our trip?

We are from New Zealand having never been to europe we plan on traveling all around before looking for work.
I have a slight pull towards France as my ancesters came to my country from France in the early 1900's
But my love for Salumi and Italian Foods makes me think we may end up looking for work in Italy i feel i will benefit from that alot.
