Many of you I am sure with the "highly acclaimed" website chowhound.com that is supposed to be a venue for interesting discussions about food. Over the last year I am shocked at how many of my posts were deleted (absolutely nothing I wrote was geared in anger towards anyone which is why this is so strange) and by doing a simple internet search I have found that I am not alone. I am wondering if any of you have experienced the same thing? Also, I don't want to be flippant in my comparisons, but their patrolling of the boards is almost scary. Does any of you know of an alternative site that promotes great food discussions but without the secret food police? :} ***This is why I love Bourdain's show- sometimes I do think he gets off on being the "rebel" but I would take his ranting anyday over highly scripted, manipulated personalities.
