Just as an added comment to my posting on "discovering his roots", let me say as an individual born and educated in Ireland that Mr. Anthony has about as much affection and affliation for his roots as a homeowner in California has for a yucca tree planted in his front yard.

Agreed. We just need to make it clear that he is CANADIAN. I was so relieved that he wasn't American. (although we are still getting the blame for him somehow)

I don't know why he bothered - he was so rude to everyone he met - just goes to show how polite the Irish can be, putting up with him. Glad to find out he wasn't from the same area my family is/was from as well!
