In a most distasteful display of prandial jocularity, Andrews quips, "I can hardly taste the lung." The chef was speechless, and so was I!

No joke, I was embarrassed for Andrews' mother. Didn't she teach him that when someone shares their culture, their labor, and their food--for Heaven's sake--you smile and show some respect!
