After reading how many replies by those who can't even tell an Ugly Canadian from an Ugly American is really getting annoying.

The host is a Canadian. If you think he's an Ugly American, you're just as ignorant and stupid as you think he is...do some travelling before you actually start throwing slanders on foreigners, especially when you consider yourself so well-travelled, TravelWizard and the other bozo...

Yeah, really obvious those differences between "Americans" and Canadians.

It was obvious to me that he was Canadian, but then I am American, and have Canadians and Americans in the family - as well as Irish.

Not to defend myself but rather to clarify my point: a good majority of these United States citizens would be hard-pressed to pick out a Canadian from their "American" brethren. Now, for the better traveled these differences might be a bit more obvious. Thus my allusion to "eh?" I suppose I could've also thrown in "aboot." These dialectic bits simply scratch the surface of the real differences between us neighbors.

Now, you accused me of not seeing the differences between us two neighbors? No, that was satire. Takes a certain person to "read" that language. Someone not so stuffy and also with an informed sense of humor.

So, ignorant? Sometimes. Confusing? Sometimes, but not by choice. Arrogant? Possibly. But it's easy to be arrogant when speaking on Mathematics while remaining sublimely humble in the face of Einstein's Theory of Relativity.

I think it's clear he's from Canada. He has a very distinct accent! His As and Os. In the intro when he says "about"... Clearly Canadian!
