Hi all. I am planning to come to San Diego for some business purpose. I would be staying in San Diego for around 30 to 40 days. I am looking for an affordable accommodation from where San Diego International airport is nearby. And most importantly the room must have Internet connection so that I can work in my room and stay in touch with my family through voice mail.
My budget is not that big. So please kindly suggest some good, budget hotel. Thanks in advance. John |

Hi
Good luck for your business trip and as far as budget lodging in San Diego is concerned you don’t have to worry. There are many good accommodations at reasonable rates. I will suggest you to stay at California Suites Hotel where I had even stayed several times on various occasions. It is a good centrally located hotel with quality services and I am sure you will enjoy staying here. You can check their website www.californiasuiteshotel.com for further information. |

Before you jumped into booking for hotel in San Diego. Here's a good article I found in squidoo.com
San Diego Hotel Reservations Guide If you want to proceed to book for hotel in San Diego. Here's the one I already tried www.san-diego-hotel-reservations.com Using the website, you can view the map of each hotel and determine if it is close to the airport. But the good thing about the website is that, you can sort the hotel by price and therefore find out instantly which hotel that offers the lowest rate in San Diego. And not only that, you can also see the features of each hotel and get actual hotel review by previous clients. So if you don't like the first lowest hotel, then go to the second lowest to the third lowest until you get the one which you like and which that fits your budget. |

For a long stay such as you are planning, you might want to check out a San Diego Vacation Rental. This often will work out less per night than a hotel and there are some lovely properties throughout the city. We love to stay at the Hard Rock San Diego - wonderful location downtown. It would be expensive for your entire stay but you might want to book it for a few weekday nights during your trip.
